Cancellation Policy

At Wild Honey Bird Salon, I value your time and mine. To ensure the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. I understand that life happens, and emergencies arise. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. Thank you for respecting my time and business. I can’t wait to have you in my chair!
